About LienScope
LienScope is a tax lien and tax deed research platform operated by LienScope LLC. It consolidates county auction data that is published as PDFs, CSV exports and portal pages into one searchable workspace, so investors stop rebuilding the same research county by county.
What we do
Counties publish delinquent tax sale lists in whatever format suits them — a scanned PDF here, a spreadsheet there, a portal search somewhere else — on their own calendars and under their own rules. An investor following more than one county spends most of their time on collection and formatting rather than on judgement.
LienScope does that collection once. Records are checked against the county source before they are published, every list shows the date it was last reviewed, and properties carry an investment score whose reasoning is shown rather than hidden — so it can be argued with on the evidence.
Where we operate
LienScope currently covers 123 counties across 13 US states (MS, IN, IA, GA, TX, FL, CA, OK, MD, TN, AL, KY, and MI), spanning tax-lien, redeemable-deed and tax-deed sales. County data was last reviewed on 2026-08-25. Counties are added on investor demand, and a county is listed only after a verified production run — never in advance of its data being live.
The current list is on the coverage section of the home page.
